Your clients are already in your chat. Give them a link that shows what you charge, when you are free, and takes the deposit. The booking is done before you have even read the message.
Share a Glown booking link in the chat.
Your client taps it, sees your real services, prices and available slots, picks a time, pays a deposit or the full amount with a Nigerian card or transfer, and the appointment confirms itself. She does not download an app or create an account, and you do not have to reply for the booking to happen. Glown is free to use and charges 2% per booking, capped at ₦2,000.
How much, are you free, what time, where, do I pay first, did it enter. The link answers all of them once.
Your prices, stated plainly
Every service with its real price and duration, so nobody negotiates in the DMs.
Only genuinely free slots
Drawn from your hours and your existing bookings, not from memory.
Payment inside the flow
The deposit is taken as she books. No account numbers, no screenshots.
Not a chatbot. A booking page built to behave properly when it arrives in a chat.
One link
Right now a booking takes eight messages: what do you charge, are you free Saturday, what time, send your account number, I have sent it, did it enter. One link answers all six questions and collects the money.
No app for clients
Your client does not sign up, download anything or create a password. The page opens in her browser straight from the chat, and she books in under a minute.
Real availability
The times shown come from your real working hours, your existing bookings and each service's real duration, so nobody books a slot you cannot honour.
Paid in the chat
She pays with a Nigerian card or transfer as part of booking. No account number screenshots, no scrolling back to check whether the alert came in.
Works everywhere
WhatsApp status, your WhatsApp Business profile, your Instagram and TikTok bios, a QR code on the mirror in the shop. One link, everywhere you get found.
Auto-confirmed
The slot is blocked, the client is confirmed, the reminder is scheduled and your staff see it on their phones. You did not have to be holding your phone for any of it.
01. Add your services and prices
What you do, what it costs and how long it really takes.
02. Copy your Glown link
One short link, ready to paste anywhere you talk to clients.
03. Reply with the link instead of a price list
The next person who asks how much you charge gets a link that also takes the deposit.
What owners ask before they stop booking by message.
Share a Glown booking link in the chat. Your client taps it, sees your real services, prices and free slots, picks a time, pays a deposit or the full amount in Naira, and the booking is confirmed automatically. She does not need to download an app or create an account, and you do not need to reply.
No. The booking page opens in whatever browser is already on her phone, straight from the WhatsApp chat.
It works alongside whatever WhatsApp account you already use, personal or Business. Glown does not replace WhatsApp. It replaces the part of the conversation where you haggle over times and chase transfers.
Of course, and you should. The point is that the booking, the price and the payment are settled by the link, so the conversation can be about her hair instead of her account transfer.
Yes. You decide whether a deposit or the full amount is required before the booking is confirmed, and clients pay with Nigerian cards or transfers.
Reply with the link. Most clients switch after doing it once, because booking through the link is faster for them than waiting for you to answer.
Nothing monthly. Glown is free to use and takes 2% when a client pays for a booking, capped at ₦2,000.
The rest of what happens after a client taps your link.
