Stock tracked per branch, consumption recorded against the services that use it, and retail you can sell alongside the appointment. No more running out mid-service.
Add your products to Glown with their current quantities, tracked per branch so you know what is at each location rather than only a company-wide total.
Record what services consume, log restocks as batches with quantities and dates, and you can see what is running low in time to reorder. Retail products can be sold alongside appointments with stock decrementing automatically, and stock sits alongside your revenue reporting. It is included free. Glown charges 2% per booking, capped at ₦2,000.
It costs the appointment, the client's confidence, and whatever you pay someone to go and buy it at retail price while she waits.
Stock where it actually is
Per-branch counts, because a total across locations helps nobody.
Warned while there is time
See what is low before the last bottle is opened.
Retail on the same bill
Sell her the product she just asked about, without a separate till.
Attached to bookings, so the numbers reflect the work rather than a monthly stock-take.
Per branch
Knowing you have twelve bottles of developer is useless if eleven of them are at the other shop. Glown tracks stock per location, so the number you see is the number in front of you.
Used by services
Record what a service uses, so a busy week of colour shows up as falling stock rather than as a surprise on the morning you run out mid-appointment.
Low-stock visibility
See what is running low while there is still time to reorder. Running out mid-service is expensive in a way that has nothing to do with the price of the product.
Retail
Add retail products to a client's bill alongside the service, with stock decrementing as you sell. The easiest extra revenue in the shop is the one she is already holding.
Restock batches
Log deliveries as batches with quantities and dates, so you can see how fast something actually moves rather than guessing at your reorder cycle.
In your reports
Stock sits alongside your booking and revenue reporting, so the services that look most profitable can be checked against what they actually consume.
01. Add your products
What you use and what you sell, with current quantities per branch.
02. Log restocks as they arrive
Quantity and date, so movement is visible over time.
03. Check what is low
Reorder while there is still stock left, not after there is not.
What owners ask before they stop counting bottles by hand.
Add your products to Glown with their current quantities, track them per branch so you always know what is at which location, record what your services consume, and log restocks as batches with dates. You can then see what is running low in time to reorder, and sell retail products alongside appointments with stock decrementing automatically.
Yes, and it should be. A total across all locations tells you nothing useful when you are standing in one of them.
Yes. Retail items can be added to a client's bill alongside the service, and stock reduces as you sell.
You can see what is low before it runs out. Running out halfway through a service costs far more than the product itself.
Yes. Because restocks are logged as batches with dates and consumption is recorded, you can see actual movement rather than guessing at a reorder cycle.
Yes. Stock sits alongside booking and revenue reporting, so you can check a profitable-looking service against what it actually consumes.
