Every Nigerian service business knows this loop. It costs twenty minutes a day and it still ends with slots held for people who never paid.
Paid while she is still deciding
The payment happens inside the booking, not hours later when the moment has passed.
Confirmed without you checking
You see a paid booking, not a screenshot you have to verify against your alerts.
Terms already accepted
Your cancellation window is agreed at booking, so a late cancellation is not a debate.
The difference between requesting money and requiring it.
No deposit, no slot
This is the difference that matters. Plenty of tools let you request a deposit. Glown lets you refuse to hold the slot until the money has actually arrived. That is the only version that changes behaviour.
Set it per service
Charge a small deposit on quick services and a large one on the long, expensive appointments where a no-show costs you the afternoon. Fixed amount or a percentage, your choice.
No more screenshots
Clients never need your account number, and you never have to check a screenshot or scroll your bank alerts. The payment is part of the booking, and you see it confirmed.
Balance on the day
The deposit is recorded against the booking, so on the day everyone knows exactly what is left to pay. No arguments, no recalculating at the desk.
Your cancellation terms
Set the window in which a deposit is refundable and clients see it as they book. When someone cancels late, the policy is already something they accepted.
Paid in seconds
Nigerian cards and bank transfers, on her own phone, inside the booking flow. She pays while she is still keen, not hours later when she has cooled off.
