Glown does none of those — the 2% per booking is the whole model, and it only applies when money reaches you.
When a client pays for a booking through Glown, Glown keeps 2% of that booking's service total — charged once on the booking, not once per service on it. The fee is capped at ₦2,000, so it stops growing above roughly ₦100,000 of services. If a client pays you in cash at the shop there is nothing for Glown to take a percentage of, and a month with no paid bookings costs you nothing.
