Glown gives Nigerian salons, spas and barbershops one link to take bookings, collect deposits and get paid. You run staff, payroll and every branch from a single dashboard.
Glown is free salon booking software built for Nigerian salons, spas, barbershops and beauty businesses.
Clients book and pay through a WhatsApp-ready link, deposits stop no-shows, and owners run staff commissions, payroll, inventory and multi-branch analytics from one dashboard. There is no monthly subscription. Glown charges 2% once per booking, capped at ₦2,000, and services added to a booking after it is confirmed are not charged at all.
The same conversation, but it ends with a confirmed slot and money in your account instead of six more messages.
Share one link
On WhatsApp, your Instagram bio, anywhere. Clients see your real services, prices and free slots.
They pay as they book
Take a deposit or the full amount upfront in Naira, with Nigerian cards and transfers.
It confirms itself
The slot is blocked, your team sees it, and the client gets a reminder before the day.
Bookings, payments, staff and stock, in the one place you already run your day from.
WhatsApp booking
Your clients already live on WhatsApp. Send one Glown link and they pick a service, choose a time and pay. You stop scrolling chats to work out who booked what.
No-show protection
Ask for a deposit or full payment upfront at booking. Clients who have paid turn up, and the last-minute cancellations that quietly drain your week stop.
Payroll & commissions
Set each stylist's commission and Glown calculates it automatically. Run payroll, handle carry-forwards and generate payslips from the same place you take bookings.
Automated reminders
Glown reminds every client by SMS and email before their slot, so your chair stays full without you sending a single message.
Multi-branch & inventory
Manage all your branches together, with stock tracked per location so you know what's running low before it runs out.
Analytics
See revenue, your top services, busiest hours and best clients, so you know exactly what's working and where to push.
Glown works the same whether you braid, barber, wax or treat. Pick your trade to see how.
Most booking software charges you every month whether you get booked or not. Glown only earns when you do.

Yes. There is no monthly subscription, no setup fee and no charge per staff member. Glown charges 2% when a client pays for a booking, and never more than ₦2,000 on any one booking. It only ever costs anything when you are getting paid.
The fee is charged once per booking, not once per service. When a client books and pays through Glown, Glown takes 2% of that booking's service total, and the fee is capped at ₦2,000. A ₦150,000 booking pays ₦2,000, not ₦3,000. There are no per-staff charges, no tiers to unlock and no monthly bill.
No. The fee is worked out when the booking is made and is never recalculated afterwards. If a client books a wash and leaves having had a treatment and a trim added at the chair, those extra services carry no fee at all.
Yes. Glown is built for salons, spas, barbershops, nail technicians, braiders, makeup artists, lash and brow artists, and aesthetic clinics across Nigeria.
